Contractor - Hard Line (Home & Toys)•Support the product development in China region with various licensees across multiple product categories mainly focusing on toy, Home categories. • Work closely with line managers, category managers and and peers in developing new concepts • Involve in the product approval process for in-house approvals of licensees so as to ensure Disney’s standards are upheld • Give design advise/suggestions internally to category managers and externally to existing and potential licensees on quality concepts and designs for their products, so as to increase the revenue for the Company • Update and revise the manual for category managers and licensees on Disney characters’ usage, brand knowledge and product approval procedures Role:•Graduate degree in Product design, Industrial Design related Field. •About 1year+ of relevant working experience •Creativity and aesthetics in product design •University graduate in Product Design or Multi-media related major •1+ year experience of full-time job or internship with relevant design work •Software skill of 2D design, e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop •Software skill of 3D design, e.g., Rhino, Keyshot, C4D, Blender •Excellent skill for Keynote and 3D related software. •Team player + strong work ethicsQualificationsSHANGHAI, CHINA•Internal : Category Managers / Directors, Creative Team, cross LOB projects with other regional creative teams within APAC , Central creative team in Shanghai office. •Internal: team players and assistant line manager to deliver the works. •External : Potential & existing Licensees and other business
